What is included?
- 1 yearly exam
- 2 cleanings (Deep cleanings not included, but will be discounted 20%)
- All x-rays
- 2 oral cancer screenings
- 20% off of ALL other dental services at our Miramar Beach location
- X A CBCT is not an x ray that is included but will be discounted 20%
What are the rules?
- No waiting periods
- No yearly maximums
- No deductibles
- No one will be denied coverage
Are there any exclusion or limitations?
- Plan cannot be used in conjunction with another dental insurance
- Plan is only available at the Miramar Beach location
- Plan cannot be used for treatment provided by specialists outside this office
