Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Seacrest Dental, your dental health is very important to us. We strive to provide excellent dental care for you and the rest of our patients. To be consistent with this, we have an appointment cancellation policy that allows us to efficiently schedule appointments for all of our patients. When an appointment is scheduled, the time has been reserved for you, but when it is missed, you as well as other patients are unable to receive treatment during that time.
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances. However, when you do not call to cancel/reschedule your appointment, you may be preventing another patient from receiving much needed treatment. To put this into perspective, a situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for that appointment time due to a seemingly “full” appointment book.
